背景和开发目的

SDVL8063/10080SD 系列

基于通讯DC电源用压敏电阻的片式化、小型化、高可靠性要求;

传统的插件低压压敏电阻通流容量小,无法满足通讯DC电源的防雷电高标准要求,而贴片压敏电阻可以解决这一问题;

使片式压敏电阻产品向市场容量更大、附加值更高、向大通流、高能量的防雷领域发展。

SDVL8063/10080KA 系列

基于交流电源线路用压敏电阻片式化、小型化的趋势;

高端LED照明、适配器对交流电源用压敏电阻片式化需求强烈;

使片式压敏电阻应用拓宽到交流电源线路,替代部分插件压敏电阻。
