Chip Ferrite Bead for Extra High Current-EPZ Series
Overview

EPZ series is new type extra high current SMD ferrite bead, its DC resistance is 1/2 ~ 1/3 of general product, the rate current improved significantly. It apply to power circuit with extra high current and can be used in a wide range of frequency to suppress EMI, especially for electronic products which has strict requirements in rate current、volume and reliability.

Background

The development of new extra high current is mainly to resolve the ultralow DC resistance and extra high current which is difficult to achieve. We provide a suppress EMI solution in power supply、server and extra high current circuit.

Features
  • Internal silver printed layers and magnetic shielded structures to minimize crosstalk
  • Monolithic structure for excellent reliability
  • Smaller DC resistance and larger allowable current than UPZ series
  • Can be used in a wide range of frequency to suppress EMI
