The pilot Lab undertakes experiments of electronic materials and electronics components from the production of sample prototype to small batch manufacturing ，and it owns plenty of advanced experimental equipments such as bead mill, vacuum gravity mixer, film casting machine, silk-screen printing machine, microwave oven, tube furnace with H2 and photo process platform and so on. Meanwhile, in order to improve the efficiency and perspectiveness of product research & development, the Pilot Lab introduces 3D printer, automative printing machine, laser perforating machine, laminating machine and other the state-of-the-art pilot equipments to build up independent and integrated pilot line, which makes the pilot Lab become “manufacturing center “of R&D center.
