Being a technology leadership high-tech company, Sunlord has established a strong R&D center aiming to research and develop new electronic components. After years of continuous investment and stable operation, Sunlord R&D center has built its own labs-a Material Micro-Analysis Lab, an Electrical Testing Analysis Lab, a Reliability Lab, a Failure Analysis Lab, and a fully equipped LTCC Pilot Line. Not only do we contribute to the company with continuous innovative projects and products; but also provide testing and analysis services for companies from domestic and abroad.

The R&D Center brings together a group of domestic professional engineers, experienced in electronic component manufacturing. Ph.D.-Master-Bachelor, a reasonable technical personnel structure ensures continued stability of the team and innovation.

Thanks to good cooperation with Tsinghua University, Xi' an Jiaotong University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Xiamen University, and the State Key Laboratory of New Ceramic Materials, Sunlord initiated the establishment of a "Guangdong Province Production & Research Strategic Alliances for Passive Components and Materials".

Based on the wealth of experience in magnetic materials, microwave dielectric ceramics, sensitive materials, advanced design & emulation technology, and strong components manufacturing technology, Sunlord has been working on not only passive components such as beads, inductors, varistors, filters, antennas, but also RF modules, power modules, and customized products.

Besides qualified products, Sunlord also provides total solution for EMC compliance and ESD compliance, matching circuit adjusting, EMI test, X-Ray CT test, SEM/EDS test and other free test services for customers.
