ESD protection capability is needed in most of ultra high speed lines such as USB3.0, HDMI port, which require that ESD protection devices have ultra low capacitance to avoid delay and distortion. With its low capacitance and fast response, Polymer ESD Suppressor has been developed and launched.

Designed by chip structure, Polymer ESD Suppressor is made of epoxy resin and ESD function material. With capacitance between 0.05pF to 0.15pF, it has a good capability of ESD protection for circuits, especially for ultra high speed lines, such as USB3.0, HDMI port.

The main electrical terms of PESD series include Max. DC working voltage, trigger voltage, clamping voltage, cut-off frequency and capacitance.
